About JFAB Consulting

JoAnn is the Founder and CEO of JFAB Consulting. She brings extensive consulting experience focused on driving operational efficiency, improving quality, and leading business process improvements—capabilities that have become a key differentiator for her firm. Her work includes delivering cost savings, optimizing operations, and leading both organizational and digital transformation initiatives across a wide range of clients.

Her experience spans high-impact engagements with federal agencies, including the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon, where she supported critical initiatives; the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she established Program Management Offices; and the U.S. State Department, where she led global IT and process transformations, among others.

JoAnn began her career with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. She furthered her education with business and engineering certificates from UCLA and Caltech, and earned her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality, a discipline she has applied throughout her career.

She currently serves on the advisory board for Service Systems Engineering within the Industrial Engineering program at The Pennsylvania State University, and is also an advisory board member for the Strip District Neighbors.
